Frequently asked questions.

Are children invited to the wedding?

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. While we adore your little ones, we hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a relaxing evening in grown-up company. Thank you so much for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?

In an effort to keep our guest list intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on the invitation. If your invitation does not mention a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo. If you have any questions or need clarification regarding your invitation, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Will there be vegan dining options?

Absolutely! We are happy to offer both vegetarian and vegan dining options, and we are more than happy to accommodate additional dietary restrictions. Please be sure to include any specific needs when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Is it better to park or take a rideshare to the wedding?

We highly recommend using a rideshare service (Uber, Lyft, Waymo) to attend the wedding, as parking at and around the venue is quite limited. Please note that there will not be valet service, and street parking in the area may be difficult or restricted. Rideshare will help ensure a smoother arrival and departure experience. Transportation to the after-party is available upon request (capped at 30 people).

What should I wear to the wedding?

The dress code for the wedding is: black-tie optional. Please visit our Style Guide page for details on the dress code for our wedding. We look forward to creating a beautiful, cohesive atmosphere together.

Which is the correct venue, the James Leary Flood Mansion or the James C. Flood Mansion?

The venue for our wedding is the James Leary Flood Mansion, located at 2222 Broadway. There is, unfortunately, another historic mansion in San Francisco named the James C. Flood Mansion. Though the names are extremely similar, these are two distinct, separate places in the city. Please keep this in mind when planning your transportation to and from the venue.

What is there to do in San Francisco?

San Francisco is full of amazing things to see and do! From iconic sights like the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and Fisherman's Wharf to charming neighborhoods like North Beach, the Mission District, and Haight-Ashbury, there’s something for everyone. You can also explore beautiful parks like Golden Gate Park and the Presidio, or enjoy world-class dining, shopping, and museums. We hope you have time to experience a little bit of the city while you're here!
